Project Description

Clearing and Grubbing, Earth moving and shaping, onsite and offsite utilities and infrastructure upgrades to facilitate the construction of an approximately 84-unit townhouse complex.

Project Challenges

Working on one of the busiest roads in Langley, there was a lot of attention put towards crew safety and traffic management to allow for the construction of 2 additional lanes between 72nd ave and 70th ave on 200th st, along with road improvements along 70th avenue. Working in tandem with the owner and township of Langley, we were able to accomplish a lot with relative ease. Full site servicing including, storm, sanitary, watermain and BC Hydro and communication ducts. One of the biggest challenges was sourcing a special binder for the asphalt to ensure anti rutting on TOLs biggest import export roadway.
