Project Description

Clearing and Grubbing, Road Widening, Storm and Watermain Upgrades, Curb and Multi Use Path, Pulverize, Grade and Repave Barnston Drive, Street Lighting. Kinder Morgan Pipe Exposure and Protective Coating Restoration. Guard Rail, Bollards, Traffic Guard Rail, Street Lighting, Root Barrier, Fencing and Landscaping.

Project Challenges

This project was built in front of pacific academy during school season. Ensuring the flow of traffic and safety of school children was highest priority. Working along side Kinder Morgan, we were to exposed their live pipeline to determine the existing condition of corrosion protection on the pipe line. Due to the area of the project, it was important that the roads remained paved at all times. As a result, we had a pulverizer, grader, water truck and drum roller chase each other up and down the road one day and the next day we paved the entire road. 

Responsibilites

• Managing Safety  

• Ensuring Traffic Management was Completed in a Safe and Proper Manner. 

• Liasing with the City of Surrey, Binnie and Kinder Morgan to Make Sure Works Were Completed to the Utmost Standard. 

• Scheduling Deliveries and Sub Contractors. 

• Reviewing Job Costs, Job Schedule and Signing Off on the Invoices.
